She has contributed as an Assistant Professor in the departments of obstetrics & gynecology at PGIMER ESI Hospital, Basaidarapur, and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Dr. Neelam specializes in high-risk pregnancy management, preconception counseling, infertility treatment, and managing endocrine disorders such as PCOS and hypothyroidism.
